I’m a professional stunt actor and circus artist and I’ve been getting treated @ MOA Living since 2012. Garnet & his team are what have made my careers and successes possible — there’s no other place like it for me Any athlete or artist —recreational or professional— knows how psychologically daunting any injury can be. Having a team to guide the way back, or to the next chapter, not only in terms of healing the physical structures of the body but the mental ones as well, is key. MOA Living has been that for me, for over 12 years. Garnet’s depth of skill, empathy, curiosity, and patience has made it possible for me to navigate multiple athletic career changes; the recovery from a moderate-TBI (traumatic brain injury), and the chronic neck pain and C-spine issues that followed; the rehab of a stem cell transplant to fix a thumb-sized hole in my hamstring tendon where it attaches to the pelvis; handling the aftermath of a fibular dislocation and the nagging nerve issues that came in its wake; scar massage and mobility following top surgery (twice); and countless other acute injuries (and chronic ones) that could all easily have been career-enders. I’ve recommended MOA Living to many other athletes and artists over the years —professional stunt guys, circus artists, rock climbers, martial artists— and Ryan and Garnet have all of us walking out the door better than we came in, be it physically, mentally, emotionally, or all of the above. I’ve had treatments with similarly skilled practitioners at other clinics in the GTA over the years, in similar and different modalities, but for me nothing comes close to the kind of integrated care that I get @ MOA Living. I can’t understate the incredible good fortune I feel to have be introduced to Garnet and his clinic and cannot recommend them highly enough. Check them out!

I've been seeing Ryan for massage therapy for almost a year and recently experienced my first osteopathy appointment with him. It was a very different experience that left me feeling better overall. I struggle with a low back injury and ever since the osteopathy appointment I feel more aligned and have little to no pain. I felt like it was more of an inward focused appointment that made me feel more at ease and balanced. Not just physically but emotionally. I'm so grateful that I found Ryan based on a recommendation from a friend. Every time I have an appointment with him, I feel better. He is truly incredible!

Garnet is a wonderful therapist with a healing touch and a fine human being. I recommend him for anyone who has a sports injury, or even those who suffer from the everyday grind of life.

This is my 3rd Matrix Repatterning experience. After suffering from Plntaer Fasciitis for 2 years and tennis elbow for 1 year, I tried physio and more physio, for both conditions with no success. I discovered Matrix Repatterning and began treatment. Both conditions were healed, gone and there was never a recurrence of any symptoms. This is 20 years later. I am currently working with Garnet Santicruz on a very difficult condition and the results are already significant. You have to try it to believe it. It is one of the most significant and successful experiences that I have ever had.

Moaliving is my #1 place to visit any time I get an injury! Super professional and friendly, and I'm still amazed at how fast my recovery times are once I get some proper treatment. Thanks Garnet!

MOA living is a holistic wellness practice that truly cares about the well-being and outcomes of its patients. It is more than just a clinic for physio and massage- the staff are amazing, supportive and help you achieve your goals. I have been been a client for more than 10 years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! They have brought me back from debilitating back pain and keep me up and running. I am grateful for their care, patience and compassion.

I am lucky to get to see Ryan at MOA living. He is empathetic, experienced, and expanding his knowledge to give the absolute best care! The MOA space is welcoming and comfortable, and you can tell that the entire team there cares highly about their clients.
