I ordered some lovely Toronto Christmas cards. Great for sending to family abroad. I accidentally selected “pickup in store” and had to change that. It was easy corresponding with them and working that out by email. Excellent customer service and timely delivery.
I ordered some prints after seeing them at a local store in Ottawa (I wanted them a bit bigger). I checked their website and found exactly what I was looking for. When they arrived, they were even cuter than the pictures! I’m so happy with my purchase!! Now I’m begging please make a Montreal “Neighbours” version!!!! Overall, very happy with my purchase and hopefully they’ll have more in the future to add to my wall.
I got this beautifully designed calender for year 2025. It was my first calender from the Paperhood shop. I wish I could rate it 5 plus more!!!...... but I have a few constructive criticism. With all the valuable knowledge printed in a very light gray colour the message is super difficult/hard to read. In addition when I opened up the Paperhood store website I have experienced the same,. In my humble opinion wrong approach . Light, gray colour fonts blending into the white background make it hard to read and takes away value of great messages and poems. Hopefully You will find review helpful and make some adjusting measurements. Thanks

I bought a puzzle of the Byward Market after seeing it on FB. It was a seamless purchase, any queries I had were answered within an hour by Tomas.and the puzzle was delivered to our door after I paid a very reasonable flat rate delivery sum. We love the product (especially as it is ‘green’) and I look forward to further designs of locations in Ottawa.
