Atmosphere is clean, but the prawn cream miso pasta is a bit disappointing, it’s just lacks depth. It tastes purely like cream and water, and doesn’t cling well to the pasta. The ambiance is good, which is the only outstanding thing here. It was not busy so it was good.
Overall, this was a really pleasant dine-in experience and I’d come back—mostly for the calm atmosphere and solid service. The space feels very clean, modern, and minimal, with a cozy Japanese vibe. Even the little details stood out: the ceramic cups, simple table setting, and the QR code ordering setup make it feel streamlined and uncluttered. With the warm sunlight coming in (like in the photo), the whole place felt relaxing and almost “quiet-luxury” casual—a nice spot to actually sit and enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. Food-wise, we tried the wafu miso pasta and a poke bowl. The wafu miso pasta was the highlight for me: it’s mild, comforting, and easy to eat, with a gentle savory flavor rather than something bold or heavy. In the photo it looks nicely plated with toppings (seaweed, green onion, roe/seafood), and that matched the experience—simple, clean, and satisfying. If you’re expecting a super punchy miso flavor, this is more on the subtle side, but as a comfort dish it works. The poke bowl was fine but very standard, and the biggest issue was the amount of mayo. In the picture you can see the heavy drizzle across the salmon and toppings—personally it overpowers the bowl and makes it taste more “mayo-forward” than fresh and balanced. The ingredients looked fresh (salmon, avocado, edamame, etc.), but I’d recommend asking for light mayo or sauce on the side to let the fish and toppings actually come through. Service was also a strong point: the staff were attentive and checked in regularly without being intrusive, which made the whole meal feel smoother and more welcoming. Bottom line: Great atmosphere and good service, comforting pasta, but the poke bowl didn’t stand out and the mayo was too much. If you like calm, clean restaurants with a modern vibe, it’s definitely a nice place to eat.
Extremly disappointed at the service and quality of the food. We came back bc the previous time was impressive. Pieces were so big that my kids and I coulsnt even eat. We shared our concern with the employee and there was zero accomodation. We paid $100.29 and walked out.
Came here since I heard about the sushi taco! The fish to rice proportions is INSANE. Fishes are fresh. It’s more of fusion style but I enjoyed it! Only took pic of taco but the special rolls were tasty.
A good sushi you'll find in many places. What stood out - in a bad way- was the service. It will definitely deny me from coming here again. The food was really good- fresh and clearly high quality. However the service was disappointing. The staff was inattentive which took from the overall experience. It seemed they couldn't wait to clear the table. No smile since the second we came in. If you don't got this, just don't open a restaurant.
Delightful modern japanese fusion spot with insane sushi tacos! The tacos are super crunchy and hearty packed full of goodness. I would highly recommend!
top quality w/top price & top ambiance. how to improve Q/P further ❓ make signature rolls smaller, avoid sweet sauces (tofu), populate the beer menu, isolate the delivery op, activate online reservations
