Lovely place and staff here.. I came to get my piercing reopened and replaced with a new stud and it was quick and painless.. Explained the situation to Misty & she was able to do just that for me. She was also able to remove the bump that I got at the initial piercing place I went to at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to this place! Thank you Misty! ☺️
Follow-Up: I want to clarify and expand on my previous review under the name “Olivia K”, especially after receiving a response from the owner. This deserved its own review. I signed a legal consent form specifically authorizing “Misty Blue” to perform my nipple piercings on September 16th, 2025. At no point before, during, or after the procedure was I informed that someone else would be performing the piercing. I only found out AFTER my initial review when Misty herself replied and claimed she was out sick that day. I’ve checked and confirmed, the photos of Misty are not the same woman who performed my piercings. This is not just an issue of miscommunication. It is a serious violation of consent and possibly illegal. I was never told the name of the person who pierced me, nor was I informed of their credentials. I have no idea if they are even certified or have completed a Bloodborne Pathogens course, which is a legal requirement for body piercers in Ontario. Performing a body modification procedure under someone else's name, especially when I gave consent for a specific professional, is completely unacceptable and unethical. At minimum, it raises serious liability and health safety concerns. I've already formally requested all legal documentation and will be pursuing this through the proper channels. I am truly in shock. I deserved transparency and safety.
I came in today to get my nipples re-pierced. Misty (their piercer) is nice, but the overall process felt rushed and I’m very unhappy with the result. I voiced that having them straight was important, and that I’d like to follow the previous placement. She didn’t mark them beforehand (red flag) and told me yes she would follow the old holes. The right side was fine, but the left was pierced at a very noticeable angle (almost 33°). I only realized once I got home and had to go to another shop to get it fixed the same day while it was fresh. Just unnecessary pain and it added risk to the healing process. On top of that, the shop itself didn’t feel clean/professional. It smelled of mildew, the lobby was cluttered and dusty, and they only accept cash or e-transfer. Maybe it was an off-day for the shop, but I won’t be returning or recommending this location.
Amazing service!! They’re so kind and friendly at this location. Was so quick and easy! They offer the cheapest piercing in Scarborough and do a great job!
Just had a half sleeve done by artist G. He is incredible and I so very pleased with my new Ink. My expectations were met and more. I will definitely be back for lots more Ink with G. Check him out.people, you won't be disappointed...
I’m new to the city and finally found my shop! G has been my tattoo artist and piercer. I have gotten my lip pierced, beautiful rose cover up, my daughter’s writing on my wrist and just got my nipple pierced. I highly recommend going to see him for any tattoos or piercings.
Can't believe I didn't leave a post 3 years ago. I think I meant to but wanted to ensure I got a refund before I did. Anyway, I had to wait 30 mins for my booked piercing cause Misty wasn't even at her shop at 3 in the afternoon. The other staff checked in enough and were friendly and chatty so I stayed, but I was starting to get sketched and almost left. I wish I did. 3 years later, I still get flare ups in my right ear from how crooked Misty pierced my lobes. I confirmed with her, "You're going to pierce right through my current scars, right?" (from an old, closed up Claire's piercing). She said yes. But what I figured she knew I meant was that I meant it would go right through the entire scarred old holes - both front and back. She pierced perfectly through the front portion - so I don't have two holes in the front - but she pierced my lobes (1st hole lobe) so crooked that the right side went THROUGH MY CARTILAGE. 3 years later I still get flare-ups from how much this damaged my ear. I mean, how can you be a piercer for 25 years and let a simple lobe go that crooked?! It doesn't help that her piercing chair is completely tucked in a corner so she can't even stand in the right position to even see where the back end is going out - she should be directly to my right or left if she is going to make sure it goes out right. In addition, she pierces standard with a labret piece. Now, this might normally be just fine for lobes, but because my piercings were crooked, they were too short for the holes she made, so the edges of the labret were digging into my skin, causing further irritation on already irritated ears and breaking into my skin on the right side. Swellng went down on the left side, but the right jewellery wouldn't move at all - even with reduced swelling it was too short and squeezing my lobe to my cartilage. As I lived in Markham at the time, I called up a local piercer in that area and went in to show her. The moment she saw my right ear she said "This has got to go" and the other one was crooked enough too that it wasn't worth keeping, she said, so she took both out, only a week into me having them. She was socked to hear that an experienced piercer did this to me - the owner of the shop - and said word for word "You would have been better off going to Claire's - at least it would have been straight." ANOTHER PIERCER said this! And they NEVER recommend getting pierced with a gun! Luckily, after explaining to Misty, she was willing to give me a full refund minus the jewellery, although she still tried to defend the piercing from what I remember and didn't really apologize. But I still have to live with the damage to my ear. I was so nervous getting it re-pierced because my mom had been twice pierced - both fails - and I didn't want two holes in each lobe. I'd now prefer that over occasional flare ups. This scared me from getting lobes done again and I don't know if I'll even be able to with the double damage in the areas. At least, I currently can't for sure.
