Marty and the team at XS are the absolute best! They make you feel so welcome from the second you walk in. It’s such a beautiful and clean space. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a tattoo or piercing you really don’t need to look anywhere else. They’re all such nice people and very knowledgeable with a huge selection of jewelry. Nick did my 3rd hole ear piercings and he was awesome, was a painless and easy process. Plus they like to fundraise for things like animal rescue! Could not recommend this place more. ☺️
this is my favourite spot. the space is so nice. did two piercings here. nick & gemini pierced me (different days) and let me tell you, they are AMAZING ! theyre super nice, they make you feel so comfortable while doing your service and theres so much options when it comes to the jewelry. i’m not going anywhere else !
Alex was amazing. He walked me thru what he was going to do in a calm professional manner. He was kind and friendly. Very experienced. Great place to go!
Friendly staff and clean location - great customer service when choosing the piercing but no after care. Three of us were in from out of town, each for our first cartilage piercing. We were not given any information about having to change the post within two weeks, how long to keep the piercing in for complete healing, no information not to rotate the piercing like you would a lobe piercing.
