Emery is an absolute STAR. I spent DAYS wrestling my tragus piercing like it owed me rent money, and she popped it out in one smooth, painless motion. Fastest victory of my entire week. Emery, you legend — thank you!!!

I've seen Dakota a few times now, from getting some piercings changed to getting a new flat done today and I can't be more happy with the services. Dakota is always extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and I always feel 100% safe with recommendations and services. Thanks Dakota!

I saw HRH’s review and had to chime in because my experience was the exact same. I went in asking about tattoos and the staff showed zero interest, no warmth, no real engagement — just cold and dismissive. Maybe I don’t fit the demographic they want to serve, but it’s honestly laughable to have such a bitter vibe in a tattoo shop that should feel fun and welcoming. Absolutely pathetic. I’d get more respect from a stranger in an alleyway with a needle. I won’t be back.

August 24th, Sunday between 6:50-6:57 tall, larger/chubby build, white man working the front desk. My friend and I have never been to the well, and when we saw there was a tattoo shop we were so happy. We walk in and I greet the person at the front desk, because I have manners. Me: hello! How are you? To which he responded “ do you have any questions!” I was taken aback. Do we not greet people anymore? To which I responded, “yeah.. how are you” (I wanted to reiterate it again as there’s no way you just ignored my greet and asked if I had a question in your place of business, how you come off to people is #1) he goes “I’m good thanks. “ ( cool, bad day I guess?) I go “okay.. are there any deals going on?” (You’d expect the host to notify clients or deals or promotional info upon entrance) he explains the flash deal and directs us where to look. Mind you, he probably made eye contact with me 1-2x during the entire exchange lol. I asked “ do you guys have any time today When are you closing?” He goes, “we actually close in three minutes” (6:57) I literally laugh and walk one because we could’ve started there Like what?! I work retail and I’ve never seen such lazy lacklustre service especially in a TATTOO SHOP. What makes you think I’d want people who can’t even do basic greetings, and show basic respect tattoo my body? Important question to consider when hiring staff. Here’s how the exchange should have went. “ hey guys welcome in I wanna let you know we do close in about 3 mins, but our extended hours are **whatever days they are** and we’re love to have you guys back then!” Easy, basic and quick instead of letting us in the store, sit down look and leave? just such a weird experience overall and I will not be back because of it. As someone who works retail I was appalled

For earlobe piercings please be aware they charge per jewelry piece PER EAR. I went in with a friend to get both our ears pierced and our experience was ruined by the front desk staff failing to mention it was $85 per ear for jewelry. Meaning we paid close to $100 more than we thought we were quoted. When I kindly mentioned to the front desk staff that some shops charge for the pair of jewelry for ear lobe piercings (this was my third time getting pierced) and suggested that next time she should mention to customers it's per ear as it doubles the price a significant amount, her rude facial expressions and lack of remorse made us leave with a bad experience. Dakota, the staff that did the piercings for us, was super friendly and actually apologized for the failure to mention and offered a very small discount. However, we ended up paying close to $200 dollars when we thought were paying half of that. Hopefully the front staff is corrected and seems more enthusiastic and passionate about their job like Dakota was.

Horrible customer service. I went in to inquire about a second ear lobe piercing. The person at the front was incredibly rude. They couldn't be bothered to look up from what they were doing when speaking to me. They spoke in a condescending manner as if the effort of doing their job was simply too much . I went in excited and ready to pay for their services, I was happy to wait if necessary however that persons 'attitude was so disgusting I walked out and spent my money elsewhere.
