Decent piercer. But I prepaid for a piece of jewelry about 3 months ago now. They never answered the phone when I called to see if my jewelry was in and when they did answer they said it hadn’t arrived yet, after telling me it should take a week or two tops to come in. Overall I’m upset they took my money and didn’t provide the service or product.
Originally gave 5 stars. However, upon following up for my jewelry change, learned that Ryan had tightened my piercings so tight that it was very painful for them to be removed. Ryan showed no regard for this and i swelled and bled quite a bit. Ryan didn't seem to value any kind of relationship with his customer at all. He had even took over the replacement that was being done by another team member who was being perfectly gentle and was condescending to both him and me. Won't be back! Also, beware of your piercings being tool tightened. Itsask for hand tightening only even if it's your initial piercing here!
Great place with chill people. Edit: Pricey compared to other places, paid $120 total for my industrial, partly from tax + tip, which other places nearby don't charge.
