Thank you to THERESA who instantly knew which scrubs would fit me, patiently found scrubs with the specific pocket I needed, and seemed to have encyclopedic knowledge of what was in stock. Made what could have been a tedious time at a big-box store into a delightful and customized experience!
Iam very disappointed with my online order! I did not receive any invoice with my order of one scrub top.and scrub pamt. Both did not fit . I sent an email to.try and get a refund , I was told clearance items do not get a refund. They sent an email with a form. return the pants. Iwas taking the loss if the top. II tried the pants and didn't even get them.past my knees, too small. Put them directly in the bag and they said I could return. I paid postage of over $ 15 to return and took the loss of the top. They wrote back and Said pants were stained etc. That's not even possible, black pants put directly in the.bag. They sent a photo of the pants that were not even black with some tiny spot I could hardly see. They said they would send them.back to me if I paid return postage a second time. This is absolute BS, I don't know who tried to send some mock.photo! I've lost almost.$100 , with not even some kind of offer to work with me DONT order or purchase unless your SURE, what a terrible experience ..NO return is absurd !

I am not sure why this website saying they selling petite!!!! Someone needs to educate them on Petite! You can't use a model 5 7 and 5 11 to model petite! Are you guys that dumb? or you love to fool your customer? Maybe try using petite model and give correct measurements so petite people can actually get to order!!!!!! Do something about it!!!

If I could give them 0 Stars I would, the owner (old Lady) was very rude and lied to my face about an Item, she said the company (Cherokee) does not make those in a certain colour (white), showed her online, and she told me she doesnt carry them when it was hanging right infront of me, told her those were the ones and said I was wrong.. When clearly they were the correct ones just in different colours. I usually never review on google but thought this was something I had to share because the service was horrific, save your time and money, go somewhere else!
