I'd give this review zero stars, if possible. I went there to pick up uniform items for my daughter. The first time was just okay. I had to order items that were not in stock and the sales associate said I'd be able to pick them up instore at a later date. I received an email AND a text message stating that the items were ready for pickup and that I should pickup my items within five days. I decided to go the next day. Upon arriving at the store, they couldn't find my daughter's items. Not only that but they didn't believe me when I said I had received an email and text and had to show them the email and text messages I received stating my items were ready for pickup. The sales associate apologized and said they could reorder my items and have them mailed to my home address. I agreed and they said it would be mailed out within the next 1-2 business days. It has now been more than TWO MONTHS since my first "reorder" and I still have not received the items. I do NOT recommend this company at all. The sales associates are incompetent and disorganized.
Great store, great staff. The lady attending to us was very attentive and even made it fun for the kids by making it a fashion show. Got everything we wanted and the kids enjoyed themselves too!
What a wonderful store. I forgot that I had ordered my uniform for my kids and was two months late. Laura was so kind that she dropped off on her way home from work as my home was along the way for her. Greatly appreciated the above and beyond. Thank you Laura.
Worst shopping experience ever. Totally disorganized, unprofessional, unhelpful, and unapologetic. They deserve a negative star rating but that's not an option on this platform.

Unfortunately i cannot give 0/5 as it won't allow me to post. I work for Technical Support for a company and so good customer service is my background and experience. I am shocked that such a business is still thriving in our day and age. NEVER have a experienced such mediocre quality, and service. And those last few 5/5's are quite comical. Thanks for nothing.
Worst possible customer service one can imagine. Intentionally rude and unprofessional staff. They seem to make everything as painful as they can. Not sure how they run a bssuiness like this. I would never set foot in their store if I didn't have to.
