This is a ZERO star review for not receiving our order, and absolutely no contact with seller. We are not the only ones. Our order has been outstanding for more than a month. The website states "Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and ship your order." No updates on order status, tracking, shipping. Just crickets. There is a trend of people not receiving orders and having a difficult-to-impossible time contacting the seller, through email, phone or Instagram. I can say our experience has been the same. We have been unable to reach anybody, and the business address is a residential home. Nobody answers the door there either. We reached out to a number of people over social media that have had horrid experiences, wasted hundreds of dollars, etc. They are sitting on $400 of our money, and we have nothing to show for it, and no idea if/when anything will arrive. Be warned before ordering - not even sure this guy is still in business, if they are, it's defiantly a horrible business model with non-existent customer service.
Okay, guys young, a bit dodgy with calls but got my apron, it's good quality, thank you, only reason for the 4 stars and not five is because he was hard to reach and it took a pretty long time to receive. I honestly wouldn't even care if it took two months instead of one, it looks handmade which is cool, I like that and I will wait the extra time I just think it needs to be explained beforehand as this is for sure a small company, I'll order again from you in the future young man, love the apron thanks dude ?
Tried to go to the address listed for this business and it was a residential home…thought it might be a showroom since it says open until 7pm but we knocked and called and no answer to either… not a great business model to list a residential property and contact information that takes you no where. Our time was wasted today and that’s not a great feeling. Can’t speak to the quality of the product though, unfortunately.
Would honestly give zero stars if I could. I placed an order for 4 coats on February 29th. 2 weeks later, still nothing about products being shipped. I needed these coats soon because I was travelling for work in the next few days, so I called them. We agreed that I would be able to pick up 2 of the 4 coats now and the other 2 when I got back. When I returned, I inquired about the other 2 coats, no responses. I kept sending messages periodically and would sometimes get a reply of “this week” or “you’re right this is too long, I’ll throw in a free apron”. Then 3 months later I get an email saying that the order is shipped but there is no tracking numbers. I was surprisingly issued a refund for $50 for the 2 products that I didn’t receive but they cost me $172. Why not just list products as “sold out” on your website? Here I was trying to support a local, small business and all I got was lies, and $122 stolen from me. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Amazing quality and customer service! I reached out by giving them a call for a custom logo which needed to be digitalized and embroidered on their Gatineau Leather Apron. The process was very easy going, I was able to pick up my apron within two days.
Very friendly atmosphere They were very professional and understanding about the needs. It’s wrath spending . The fitting is perfect. Quality is so good. Best part , it’s made in CANADA ??
