This Yonge Eglinton location is horrible. Rude receptionist and disgusting staffs! Should have listened to the reviews and never go here in the first place.

I absolutely love this place. It’s very clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I’ve been going for my Brazilian and brow threading for about a year now and I have been so satisfied with the whole package. Not only the wax they use is really amazing and good for your skin but Rozita has been an absolute angel. She’s very friendly and professional, and the sessions are always quick and painless.
The front desk receptionist at this location is so knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Seriously she was amazing.

I've been going to Fuzz at Yonge and Eglinton for almost two years and haven't been disappointed. I have the fanatic membership and it's really worth it. All techs are pretty good, but if I'm in a hurry I try to get Basma, she's so fast, and my brazilian didn't even hurt (but that could be personal to me) and I got threading done with Rosita, it was painless and she has great attention to detail. I am really bad with appointments and they've been so accommodating on a walk-in basis.
