Horribly unprofessional and rude. I would give negative stars if it was possible. TLDR: If you ask to reschedule 2 days in advance of an appointment due to an emergency, they will tell you no, cancel your appointment and then tell you that they can never give you an appointment ever again in the future - essentially banning you from their services. I needed to reschedule as I had to get an urgent dental appointment and the only time my dentist was available happened to be essentially the same time as my existing appointment here. This dental appointment is way more critical than laser, so I attempted to reschedule my appointment here to a different day. I tried to call the business multiple times across 3 different days. No one ever picked up and they do not have an answering machine. On the 3rd day (Friday 6:40pm) -mind you my appointment was for Sunday (3:15pm), I emailed them to ask if I could reschedule and they replied that my appointment was cancelled and they will not be rescheduling because they have a 48hr cancellation policy. I am honestly baffled because this was not 'last minute' and is less than 4 hours into the 48 hour window... so still 2 days in advance of my appointment. It is also the first time I am ever asking them to reschedule, and for a special circumstance. What is hilarious is that their cancellation policy starts with "we understand things happen in life" but it really doesn't seem that way because when emergencies come up they are not accommodating in any way. Not to mention, in my previous appointment with them, the owner was locked out of the building because she forgot her keys and phone while out on a smoke break. I arrived on time but was locked out with the owner (note the studio is in a building where you have to be buzzed in every time). When that happened, I was super understanding to her, told her it was fine, and I even let her borrow my phone to call the studio SEVERAL times for someone else to let us in, but no one picked up. We waited outside for 15 minutes before someone in a different unit was able to let us in. So when "life happens" for her I was super understanding but when "life happens" for me, she was not only unaccommodating but also super hostile in her email responses. The owner is rude, petty, and probably the most emotionally unintelligent person I have ever interacted with.
I don't want to leave a bad review for this business but I may have to leave somewhat overwarning about how this business may practice if you're not. Paying attention to their cancelation policy so my story is. I had miss put in my calendar A-day where I had to go from my appointment. I thought it was on a Wednesday but it was a Tuesday and I missed the call where they had. Told me I had the appointment so I had called back to ask. Oh sorry did I miss it or like? Was it today or what not no one picked up so I left it? I went back again to call couple more times. I believe it may have been a total of 7or 8 time But no one answered so by the probably 7 times I didn't notice that I probably was blocked because I went straight to voicemail it didn't ring. Anymore so I tried to email them to apologize like oops I kind of I missed the appointment. It's a way to rebook it or reschedule it or something like that so after. A bit I did go back into her cancelation policy which I didn't cancel. The appointment I just missed it on accident and didn't realize it. Does say that if? You miss it. They will not reboot you for future service but I didn't think they would mean like future services at. Like any of their surfaces so? If you want to use this place be my guess but I would be very weary of the business practice. They do seem to be gaslighting their customers and clients a little bit on the website if you don't read between the lines.
I have been a repeat customer for over a year and decided to try laser. I was very disappointed with the outcome of this service and spoke with friends who validated that it was not done correctly. Another issue was that when I was getting the service, the women shone the laser light towards my eyes by accident. I thought I was on good terms with the owner since Ive been to her multiple times so I emailed and texted to communicate my dissatisfaction and got ignored. Very disappointed :(
I get my laser done here and I will never go anywhere else. The attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. I always have so much fun during my appts and I feel so so comfortable. I highly recommend.
Booked a Brazilian today in which i had sofia. The appointment system is very good they were prompt in responding and even accommodating as they managed to see me today. The studio is clean, spacious and pink. The lady who greeted me is absolutely lovely and very welcoming she made me a coffee i felt at home. Sofia is very good, professional and put's you at ease. I had the organic wax, sofia waxed in small areas and it was painless. I will definitely return and will recommend. Thumbs up all the way. Reasonable price, Best service.
Thank gawd for this place. I’ve been wanting laser but couldn’t afford it and didn’t want to buy a package. Great prices and you just pay as you go. Highly recommend
