I come to this location just for Mandeep! She’s incredibly skilled and always so accommodating—even when I’m running late due to traffic. She’s genuinely helpful and never makes me feel rushed. Kudos to her for making me feel safe when getting my eyebrows done!!!!

I used to come here regularly, but over the years I noticed a decline in quality. During my last visit, my eyebrows were shaped thinner than I expected. Due to this experience, I decided not to return.
I'm extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at your salon today. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years, but the experience I had today was appalling. I booked a waxing appointment for today , but unfortunately, I was running late and sent a message explaining the situation. Despite this, I received a call from one of your staff, who seemed completely unbothered and unaccommodating. When I asked if I could reschedule for a later time, she responded rudely and refused, telling me I should have called her directly. To add insult to injury, I tried to book another appointment online for the next day, only to find out I'd been blocked from making online bookings. It's clear that your staff's behavior reflects your business's values. Your staff's attitude and lack of customer service skills are a perfect reflection of your business. Blocking customers from online bookings? That's some top-notch customer 'appreciation' right there. I'll make sure to share my experience with others.
I am really happy with my first full face threading experience. I also had my eyebrows done and Aman gave them the perfect shape I was looking for. She is very skilled and made the entire process comfortable and virtually painless. The results are amazing and I feel so much more confident now. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Aman for the wonderful service!
Harjot was so sweet and gentle knowing it was my first time! She distracted me from the pain and made me feel at ease, explaining the steps along the way. Would highly recommend her and this place! Very clean and professional :)
I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I’ve never had anything but positive experiences! My threader, Harjot, is incredibly skilled, and all the staff here are consistently polite and professional. Yesterday, I was a walk-in and was fortunate enough that Harjot was available to see me right away. A few minutes into my service, another customer arrived for her appointment but was unfortunately 5 minutes late. Despite being just a few minutes behind schedule, the receptionist kindly explained that because she was late, I had been seated, and she would only have to wait a couple of minutes. Everyone knows threading merely takes a few minutes. Instead of understanding, the customer became loud and disrespectful, verbally attacking the staff and other patrons using outrageous profanity like calling another patron the "c" word! It was disheartening to see her behave in such an atrocious and entitled way and even more so to see that she followed through on her threat to write a bad review, filled with inaccuracies. The truth is, I’ve always found the staff here to be very accommodating, whether you’re early, on time, or even a bit late, as I have been on a few occasions. They prioritize customer service and do their best to accommodate everyone while maintaining a respectful and professional environment. If you’re looking for a place with talented staff who treat every customer with kindness and respect, this salon is the place to go. Just pray you don't run into this Afrooz lady. I’ll continue to come here for all my threading needs, and I highly recommend Harjot and the rest of the team! Thanks Ladies!
