I’ve had multiple appointments here over the years and haven’t had a bad experience. Everyone is always really kind and my ultrasound tech today was exceptionally kind. Appointments are always easy to book and wait times are very very short if there’s any at all. The door to get in is not accessible though which isn’t great for a healthcare facility. While it was an inconvenience for me and caused extra pain trying to get in, this could prevent some people from getting in at all
I have been to this clinic many times for my tests and I always have the best experience. I love that it’s very easy to get to and the service is always fast. Everyone’s friendly too. I will definitely come here if I need to do more tests.
Beware: technicians are extremely rude and do not care. My elderly mom went here for an xray, she told the tech that she was in pain but he didn't care. He swing her injured leg into position without telling her. We went to another place today and it's night and day. Terrible service, never returning.
The staff and technologist are very kind and efficient. I arrived early for my appt and they saw me right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes! The technologist was so kind and explained everything thoroughly.
The receptionist and the technician both are so kind, professional. They did extra mile for me. First the receptionist is very welcome, warmhearted and make me feel like home. Then when I went to x-ray room. The technician noticed there was a mistake on the paper after she knew I have knee pain. The clinic was communicating with that mistake with my family doctor's team. My paper got corrected. The technician was so professional. She waited for the correction done before she released my x-ray. They knew that it's a Saturday so both of them trying to help me to get my x-ray done today. I'm so happy about it!
I’ve been here a few times. The staff are super nice and friendly and the clinic is nice and clean. I came in for an xray and was in and out in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this place. I don’t recommend going to any Insight Imaging clinic or Albany Clinic. Those places are garbage with terrible service.
Worst clinic. Don't go even if you have urgency or emergency. I had got ultrasound done here and the doctor told me the images were not proper and the ultrasound he advised was not followed. The staff is rude.
