Just came from Balmoral XRay. I was assisted by the Receptionist and the technician was Michelle who could not have been more patient and kind. I recommend going to this clinic.
I’ve visited this clinic several times, and each experience has been pleasant. The ultrasound technicians have always been helpful, kind, and patient. On my most recent visit, the technician was especially welcoming and made both me and my 4 year old feel comfortable, she truly went above and beyond.
Very bad experience. The receptionist was very rude and impatient over the phone. Wanted to book an appointment and by the time I confirm the time she just hung up the phone.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I have had about 5 TV ultrasounds done total here. Every single time the technician was judgemental, made unprofessional remarks and overall had bad attitude for whatever reason. But the last time I went (this was a different technician, initials: AFZ) I had to stop her 5 minutes in because she was DELIBERATELY hurting me (I have never been in so much pain during an exam) and saying I need to put up with it because I did something to obstruct her vision I kept asking her to stop and it must have been my fifth plea when she pulled the wand (I couldn’t physically move before) and I stormed out. I should have filed an official complaint but I was so distraught I just wanted to forget about it. The ultrasound obviously was not complete yet she filed it anyway.
Worse customer care service I have witnessed. I had a similar experience shared by the other reviewers here. I made an appointment for both X ray and Ultrasound at the same time. Waited for Ultrasound for a while and then no appointment for X-ray. Receptionist told me that I have to wait in line. Then what is the purpose of having an appointment? When I asked about it, the receptionist started to scold non stop, even without letting me explain. So rude. If they can't perform the service, they shouldn't provide an appointment. If they have any difficulty, it should have been explained politely. Never visit again.
I have been to this location a couple of times. The first ultrasound technician i met displayed a notably aggressive and unfriendly demeanor. Additionally, one specific front desk staff member, consistently situated to the left of the front desk, exhibits extreme rudeness. Such behavior raises questions about choosing this facility when there are numerous other labs available. Considering that people visit due to health concerns, maintaining professionalism and avoiding unnecessary stress on patients is crucial. On a positive note, the other front desk staff at the forefront is polite and helpful. I will not choose this location again. The ultrasound technician i met today is an absolute angle. I feel bad i forgot her name
The ultrasound technician is rude and incompetent. I initially went there in June of 2021, and she had misinterpreted the doctor’s requisition, which meant I had to go back a second time - no harm, no foul; we all make mistakes, and the only inconvenience was the time wasted… Fast-forward to 2023, and I’m back for a different ultrasound: I’m noticing that she isn’t addressing the area that was causing me discomfort, so naturally, given what happened last time, I tried to direct her to the right spot. She then got a little rude and defensive, saying, “my hands are tied and I can only do what the doctor asked.” I tried to explain that she had misread the doctor’s request last time and that I just want to be sure. She insisted that I had never been there before, so she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I went to the front desk to confirm, and there was the record of my earlier visits! Can we not advocate for our health and ask the appropriate questions without being treated rudely and dismissively? On a positive note, the women at the front desk are lovely and the only reason I didn’t give this clinic a 1-star rating.
