Had Tehari from there...it was fresh for sure. Decent portion and delicious as expected. Cute little spot and highly recommended! Pay a visit if you're around!
Just tried the lovely Indian food at Shaad. Really enjoyed our lunch here. We had the chicken kebabs with delicious sauces, rich and creamy butter chicken, thai soup and fresh naan bread. It was presented to us beautifully, and enjoyed our welcoming warm service from our server. Definitely recommend. Also happy to learn they still do Shawarma. Thanks for a lovely lunch!
After spendin 28$ i got this much rice with this mutton kacchi.So technically people only eat mutton no rice? Its not a good portion of rice.The mutton pieces are big but i didn't spend for mutton only. Suggestion:Make the price less and put one mutton piece and potato with a good portion of rice.Atleast it will be good.
Tried Shaad Restaurant recently and overall had a pleasant experience. I really liked their roast polao — flavourful and nicely cooked. The mutton kacchi, however, could use some improvement to match the quality of their other dishes. The environment is nice, comfortable and welcoming, and the service was good, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Worth a visit, especially for the roast polao!
Tried twice to order form this restaurant but clearly they are too busy or don't know what is customer service. Don't trust any promotions they do in any medium. They do not honor any of that or maybe the server over there doesn't care about those promotions and try to get more whatever way they can. Ordered in their website and drove over there for pickup just to learn my order was cancelled (email saying it's confirmed). They tried to call me (was in elevator on my way to pickup) once but when I tried to call back they don't pickup and never felt the need to update me about my order cancellation. When I asked why they cancelled the order even though it was confirmed by email and they were serving the same food (as I was waiting to pickup my food or talk with them) to others, they didn't had any response. No managers or supervisor was there to talk apart from the service lady and she doesn't remotely know how to talk or apologize for wasting someone else's time. If you are a social media influencer only then you may be lucky to get some food. Not sure if that will be honest or tasty as it will certainly be paid promotions.
I went to Shaad Restaurant for dinner and ordered their set menu—it was below average. I also took chili chicken and fried rice as a parcel, but when I tried the chili chicken, it was terrible. It was just flour and chicken cooked together with some red pepper. I couldn’t even eat a single piece of chicken. Honestly, it was the worst chili chicken I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure the chef here doesn’t even know what proper chili chicken is supposed to be. Very disappointing experience and waste of money.
Came here now with friends and family after seeing their promotion. We were really disappointed because after ordering, staff told us there was no Chicken Kebab and no Beef Kebab, even though both were clearly advertised. If items are sold out, customers should be told right away or the promo updated. We came excited but left disappointed.
