Words cannot describe how much I appreciate this place! They have saved me from many automotive pickles! Not to mention they have great quality parts at very affordable prices and if he doesn’t have it in stock, it’s available next day. Today I was once again saved by Khapco. After buying a thermostat from Canadian tire and then failing to advise me I needed a gasket. I quickly ran down here and was helped right away even though he was 10 minutes past closing. I would recommend this place to anyone at any time. Thank you once again for being able to find me a gasket that would work
Amazing service! I needed brake parts ASAP and they were able to source them for me in a few hours at a cheaper price than what my mechanic originally quoted. I'd definitely recommend them and will be back if I ever need other auto parts.
Amazing service and knowledge. Small family run shop that has great inventory and if they don’t have a part they are able to get it in within just a few hours. Skip Amazon and call these folks. Highly recommend this place.
Very low effort from whoever answered the phone. I adkednif they had a particular sensor for my German car knowing its shared with other cars and isnt all that of an uncommon part. I wad told "no I wouldn't have that. Not even close. Sorry" he didn't bother looking anything up. Didn't offer to get it in for me either. Just generally unhelpful. And on the website id says they keep the parts Canadian tire doesnt bother to stock. But they didn't keep this sensor....and Canadian tire does. Shameful.
Purchased some rear shocks from these guys. I told them how much I could get them on an online site and they matched the price. Not sure if they will do this Everytime but they at least did it once for me. Being located so close to downtown is a huge convenience.
