Hi every one we bought a honda crv from honda danforth the guy who helped us was Adem sales representative very helpful but when u buy a car make sure to check interior and exterior bcz we got the the car and the back seat one sided was riped off and tomorrow of delivery we got back to dealer and they totally didnt accept it so disappointed make sure to check befor get the key.

Ordered 4 bottles of Transmission liquid, only received 2. Contacted them, told me they would ship it later on, that was 3 months ago Still no news from them after follow up 4 emails, and their phone number is the wrong one both on google AND their email (leads to some doctor office) Edit: finally got hold on someone and they are being shipped to me Just sad it’s 3 month later now it’s winter and it will have to wait for 6 month before I can work on the car

I had a broken driver-side mirror on my Ridgeline and ordered a replacement from Honda Toronto’s website. Unfortunately, the part arrived damaged. When I called customer service, Utsav Rana was extremely professional and kind—he apologized sincerely and quickly arranged a replacement. To my surprise, the new part arrived just in time for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Truly outstanding service—thank you, Utsav!
I purchased 7 different parts via their website on November 19, 2024. There were a couple on backorder but they were shipped on November 27, 2024. Shipping cost was $64.82 for what 6lbs ground to BC. I received a large yellow bubble envelope on 2024-12-04 and immediately knew something was wrong. Upon opening it, the water pump was not inside. I reached out and they apologized, advising that the shipper had forgotten to include it and stated they would send one out right away. Two days later the package was again picked up by Fedex. I mistakenly assumed that they would correct their error by sending the item expedited at the very least. Unfortunately, as of December 13, 2024, I have still not received the part. I posted a review containing this same factual information on their website via the email request for feedback from their review management site Yotpo. I verified my email as required and received a confirmation. That review was deleted from their site and a request from Yotpo to explain why has not yet been answered. No wonder all the reviews on their site are 5 star. Update: I missed a called from a 416 area code and checked my voicemail. The message stated, in part, that it was the carriers fault for the delay, and "not on us". If your shipper had included the part in the first shipment then I would agree but once the incomplete package arrived, it was on Toronto Honda Parts to remedy the situation in a timely manner which was not done.
