These guys are straight-up, honest and fantastic to deal with. Won't get into the details here, but one of their vendors caused a headache for the both of us and they rectified it IMMEDIATELY, leaving them to deal with the vendor and getting me on my way. Believe the reviews on here, because this place is legit. Great guys, will definitely do business with them again.
I went to SEM for the first time and the team was great. Ian was very helpful and always followed through on what was discussed. I had an intake, turbo muffler delete, BOV and short shifter installed on my GLI. Great job and love the result. I will be going back for some suspension mods soon.
I had known about SEM for many years but never had the opportunity to take any of my cars there until recently. Been going here for years! Tom, Ian and Marco are the best at fixing VW, Audis. They'll take care of you and not scam you with what you don't need! Ok Ian didn't fix my cars so you know I can't speak for him personally.
Hands down the best VW/Audi/Porsche shop in Toronto, fair and reasonable prices, knowledgeable people that will go the extra mile just so your car will run perfectly. Tom, Marco and Ian are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, always service with a smile. I been to a lot of high performance shops and I can say with confidence this is the shop I'll be going to for all my Vw Audi and Porsche needs. Ever since they helped me with my latest car (Audi rs3) I know I found my new shop. Now my review would be a 6/5 if the guys want to take custom projects again, as I have a b5 Audi that still needs to be build. But in conclusion this is the place to go if you ever need parts, repairs, installs or even just service, I promise you won't be disappointed
