Came by today for a portable booster because my battery was no bueno. I didn't get their names, but one associate gave me the rundown on which items were good and another gave me some tips on upgrading my battery to a 51R. Great guys. I'll be back.
Walked in for first time to buy wipers asked the young attendant who was serving me Nate if they were easy to install he replied I will do it for you Wow Amazing service thank you
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Please if you can, take your business and hard earned money elsewhere. This business does not care about quality standards or the community.
My favourite Part source location. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was there recently and Said went above and beyond to help me get the correct parts for my car
Great experience at PartSource on St. Clair from a couple of weeks ago. Most recently, I was looking for replacement wipers for my 2012 MINI and was getting conflicting information online around sizes. Went into PartSource and the staff were able to find me the right ones in stock. You know, as opposed to me staring blankly at a wall of wiper brands, shapes, sizes, etc. One staff member (wish I could remember is name!) even offered to install them for me. This turned out to be a good thing as even his reference information was wrong and the blade curvature was way off. After trying a few more sets, we were able to get the right ones fitted and installed. All for the price of the blades... Can't imagine how much a dealer would have charged!
Stoped to ask for help just to take a look at my brake lightbulb. Somehow I couldn’t push to the end and since I bought it from their store I wanted to make sure that I got the right part. The rude person name Sahid or something similar to that introduced himself as a supervisor and informed me that nobody will do such a thing bc of liability. I was shocked not only by refusal but also the way he spoke to me in very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I know when you shop,for auto parts in Canadian tire or any other store with auto parts they offer to help or give you advice . People like that shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all. Unpleasant experience. Will stay away from that place not worth energy and disappointment bc some rude supervisor not doing his job the way he should.
Kay was a awesome sport for helping me tracking down a part with the 26 part numbers I gave him and until the last one he didnt give up and was really patient. His friendly attitude was most appreciated. Hope to pick up the part by 10 am tomorrow as was told...
