I had a great experience at this mechanic. I blew a tire on my way up to Toronto in the evening to visit a friend, and by blew a tire, I mean absolutely shredded it. The two gentlemen at the shop were kind and considerate, opened the shop a bit early the next morning when then saw me standing outside the door. Explained all my tire replacement options in detail, and made me feel like they had my safety as their top priority. They took my car in right away, and I was blown away at how fair their pricing was. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much again.
After my experience with a corrupt Lexus dealer ( Ken Shaw Lexus) I turned to Alcina and they fixed my vehicle at 50% of the dealer quote. It was very complex work that I thought may have been beyond the scope of their typical work but to my surprise and delight Alcina did an amazing job! Unlike many shops that love to change parts, Alcina will try to fix and craft a part. Many thanks for an amazing job well-done and the determined effort to locate and fix the problems.
