Experienced great customer centricity from Kevin Tung (Parts Manager) and Edgar. They proactively addressed a minor issue with the vehicle, as I was leaving the service centre, after a routine service. This was after hours and the ‘easier’ response would have been to defer it, but not for these gentlemen. They stayed back and sorted it out, to my surprise. It’s much appreciated!

WARNING: Think Twice Before Servicing or Purchasing a Vehicle from Audi Downtown Toronto My experience with Audi Downtown Toronto has been nothing short of appalling. What follows is a detailed account of gross negligence, lack of accountability, and shockingly poor customer service from this dealership. On July 16, 2024, I dropped off my vehicle for a scheduled service appointment at 9:45 AM. Not until the next day did I discover that while in the dealership’s care, my car had been left on their ungraded lot during a heavy downpour and had completely flooded. Initially, I trusted that my vehicle was safely inside their service building. Finally at 3:30 PM on the day of service, I called for an update. I was told to wait for a follow-up regarding my car’s status. At around 4 PM, Jeremy informed me that my car had not been serviced and advised me to check back the following day. No service after 6 hours?!? Astonishingly, no arrangements were made to ensure I could get home—despite my residence being 30 km away. It wasn’t until I insisted that they provided an Uber ride and booked a rental vehicle for me at an independent company. By this point, I was beginning to feel uneasy about the situation. The following day, July 17, I still had not received any updates. At noon, I called Jeremy, who then disclosed that my car was one of 17 vehicles that had flooded on their lot. According to him, over 80 cars were parked on the lot that day, and while the dealership managed to save 60 of them, mine was left to its fate. The floodwaters had reached the steering wheel, leaving the vehicle—and my personal belongings inside it—completely destroyed. The damage was catastrophic, and nothing was salvageable. The vehicle was later deemed by my insurance adjuster as a total loss. Jeremy’s response? He labeled the incident an “Act of God” and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. To make matters worse, Audi Downtown Toronto refused to cover the rental vehicle costs beyond that day, further burdening me with the fallout of their negligence. The dealership’s delay in notifying me about the incident speaks volumes. It’s evident they prioritized consulting their lawyers and insurance company over transparency with their customers. What followed was an utter failure of leadership and customer care. Over the next week, not a single person from Audi Downtown Toronto’s management team reached out to apologize. I left multiple voicemails and emails for the sales managers, Steven Fong and Aydin Chamanchi, but received no response. When Aydin eventually called, it was to schedule a meeting with a sales associate to “explore options.” The offer they presented was insulting: a free Audi Care package on my next vehicle, which they claimed was them “doing me a favor.” I was utterly appalled by their lack of sincerity and professionalism. Rather than attempt to make amends, the dealership hid behind a service advisor and refused to take responsibility. Thankfully, I sought assistance from an independent car broker, Gary Mahas from Inside Track, who found me the same vehicle with identical terms and lease rates for $200 less per month—a total savings of over $7,000. Audi Downtown Toronto failed at every level—customer service, accountability, and integrity. They left me stranded, damaged my property through negligence, and offered no meaningful resolution. I will never set foot in Audi Downtown Toronto again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I urge you to avoid this dealership at all costs.

We visited Audi Downtown for a routine tire swap before Christmas, but an issue arose when the wheel lock was missing, and our winter tire got nailed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t resolve it over the holidays, which was frustrating. After New Year, Jeremy Lo in the service department stepped up and quickly rectified the situation by providing a new wheel lock and patching the tire at no cost within a few hours. Despite the initial issue, Jeremy’s excellent service and quick resolution were much appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JP Lutz is an outstanding professional and very responsible. As my advisor, he took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and ensured I fully understood everything. His attention to detail and dedication to providing great customer service really stood out. I highly recommend him and this service shop in downtown Toronto!
