Can One Auto is a very trustworthy and honest automotive repair facility. I have been bringing my car there for years. They have never mislead me with repairs needed on the vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and friendly! The owners take the time to go through everything that needs to be done on the vehicle and are extremely honest. I will trust them with all my cars!
Honda wanted to do almost $1,000 worth of repairs. Brought my car here for a much needed 2nd opinion. Mike spent a couple hours looking at it, saved me HUNDREDS after fixing an issue that had nothing related to what Honda wanted to do. Car runs like new again. Highly recommend over and over!
I have been using Can One for 6 years and 3 different cars. they have done everything from oil changes, tire swap outs to full replacement of brakes and rotors, etc. Mike and Adriano have always been very flexible around my schedule and have done a great job at really competitive rates. I have sent at least 10 other friends their way and would recommend them to anyone.
This auto shop will rip you off and charge you for every little things even if it is just a check up on the horrible job they did.They up sold me on a bunch of different things and kept adding one item after the other to the bill. When I questioned them about it, they said they wouldn't do one thing without changing other things.And I had no other choice if i wanted my car fixed. Repeatedly fixing the same problem but then of course another totally unrelated problem would be "found". Quotes one price on the phone only to have another when you go for the car. When questionned will say it was something else but would then " give you a deal" by lowering the final price but was still always higher than the quoted one anyway.Such a deal!! Admittedly knowing little about cars, I stayed loyal but kept getting bad feelings about him. Owner is without doubt the most inconsiderate, rude and annoying human on earth. Not only does he act like he knows everything but he talks to you in a condescending tone. Ended up going back and forth. My advice to fellow customers is to do your research. Ask family members, friends or coworkers to recommend a good mechanic if you don't have one. I'm here to prevent all of you from getting ripped off, and I hope you take what I said to heart and spread the word to your friends and family. This is just utter ridiculous!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WORST ENEMYY IF I CAN I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR.
