I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. As a new car owner and a woman, I already felt apprehensive about going to a mechanic, and this place confirmed my fears. The first person I spoke to seemed helpful, but every interaction after that was with a condescending man who made me feel small and out of place. Can't speak to their work as I decided I didn't want to give them my money, but if you also have these concerns, avoid this place.
Wanted to say a big thank you to Andrew for providing top-notch service! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. Honest, reliable, and truly cares about his customers — it’s hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust !!
I stopped by this morning because the shields on the bottom of my car were broken and they fixed them within an hour and didn't even charge me. Very reliable service, would recommend. Thank you Serge and team!
I dropped off tires here per the Toronto recycling program. I was told they only accept tires sold at the location which is contrary to the city RPRA policy. He charged me $40 ($10 per tire) which is alos illegal. I will be reporting them to the city and recouping my $40.
The only independent mechanic I trust and have been going to for years. Once the warranty on my 2020 Subaru Outback was over, I took my car back to Harbord Auto Centre for servicing.
We’ve brought our car here a couple times for emergency fixes. They always do a good job, are fast, friendly, and seem to charge a reasonable amount. We will keep coming back!
Let me start off by saying that the men that work in this shop are incredibly lovely. However, after my engine light came on I took my car there to find out what was wrong. I was told that my chain had to be replaced, my c valve was leaking, and one of my engine censors was broken. I paid $100 for them to check and the total for repairs would have come close to $1600. I decided to take my car to my family mechanic in Richmond hill for a second opinion. It turns out all I needed was an oil change. Let me repeat...THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR! instead of $1600, I paid $60 for an oil change and clean bill of health for my car. Please do your research and get multiple opinions before handing your money over to a mechanic.
