Incredibly nice and helpful. I had a small issue (Mudflap was partially disconnected). They had me come in that day and fixed it for free. I'll be back here for everything.
This place is amazing! I recently got my tires changed and the sensor kept coming up saying one of my tire pressures was low. Rather than waiting months for a Costco tire appointment, I called Master Mechanic at 7:45 am, dropped the car off at 8:00am and was able to pick it up at 9:00am. They found out it was a leaky valve and fixed the problem free of charge. I will be coming back to purchase summer tires! Thank you so much!
I took my Honda Odyssey to Frank to have the air conditioning fixed. He did a great job, and was amazing. He was honest (and funny!) and charged me fairly for all the services and parts. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this shop. Let ne revuse that...3 weeks later and already the a/c does not work, after I paid $3000 for them to replace the whole thing! I'm on a road trip, moving permanently to Newfoundland and it's so frigging hot right now, my dog is miserable
They repaired my flat tire fast and well but the cashier wasn't friendly when I asked to provide an invoice. He said my printer is not working but after I said ok e-mail it to me he finally printed that.
Very, very pleased with the service provided by the Master Mechanic Master Leaside team. I have a 15+ Ford Edge which was definitely showing its age but continued to operate smoothly. Our family heavily relied on this car to get us around Toronto as well as regular drives up to the cottage. But since I could not yet afford to buy a new car, I needed someone who could diagnose and offer viable solutions on what needed to be fix at a reasonable cost tradeoff BUT not put my family's safety at risk. For the past 3 years, I probably brought the car to the Leaside team probably about a half dozen or so times when something was not working. Each time it was adequately checked and repaired to my satisfaction. When I was finally able to buy a new car, the old Ford Edge was still humming along fine. I ended up selling to a young man who tested drive the car and willingly paid me $1500 for a 17 year-old SUV to drive his own family around town. Believe it was because the old car was still running smoothly. To that, I owe it the MM Leaside team with thanks!
Sean and his team were fantastic!! Our van's alternator died on a Thursday evening and it was fixed by 1:00 on Friday! Sean knew the van was important for us since our son uses a wheelchair and the van is the only way to take him places. Thank you for going above and beyond to help our family. David
I have had several problems with my car fixed at this location and I've always been impressed by the professionalism, communication and effectiveness. They kept me updated and informed throughout the process, listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was making the right decision every step of the way.
