I had a very good experience with Gary at the front very professional and very knowledgeable person to do business with and Peter the mechanic was very good and did an outstanding job looking at my car I highly recommend doing business with this location the experience was outstanding
5 stars for pricing, staff, and services that they did (alignment and wheel balancing). Minus 2 stars, because during the test drive they burn my clutch I would still recommend this shop tho
Took it there because my car went into limp mode on the highway and really had no choice. They told me it had no oil, air filters were dirty, and the spark plugs never been changed, but thankfully, everything else was OK. An hour after they completed the service and unfortunately closed, the exact same issue reoccurs. Went to another mechanic only for them to tell me that the motor was completely done and that what these guys did was completely unnecessary. Lovely.
Garbage service! I bought a replacement key from them for my chevy malibu for $300 and the key got damaged within the 1st year. I had brakepads and rotors installed from them and had to get them replaced within 2 years. Really regretful and frustrated with the amount of money I spent here!!
Had a blown tire and needed to replace it. The lady mechanic that checked my car was very friendly. The girl at the reception was also friendly and professional but I think they follow instructions from the owner isn't a very pleasant man. I felt he wanted to take advantage of my bad situation. They charged me $512 for 1 tire including labor and taxes. The owner told me the tire is expensive because it's special for a bmw x1 and because they are flat run tires. I researched online and you can find the same tires for around $250 to $280. After the installation when I looked at the tire, it didn't really look 100% new, I maybe wrong. But man! $512 for one SPECIAL BMW tire. But what could I have done at the time. Just take it up the rear and smile or cry. And the worst was when I asked the owner if he can do better on the price, he said "I'm already losing my shirt over it" Mr. Owner, you have many shirts and many faces. I understand they want to make some money but don't take advantage of customers when they're in a bad situation. I just didn't feel good at the shop. I didn't feel welcome and I felt like I was taken advantage of. The only good thing is the staff and mechanic were friendly and professional but unfortunately the owner is only money hungry. I will not come back to this place or recommend anyone go there. I wish I could say better things, but I can't.
I took my work vehicle in for some service and was quite satisfied with the level of professionalism. They kept me in the loop and got the job done in a reasonable time. They earned a return customer for my work vehicle and personal car.
Good service, understood I needed diagnostics on my car. Wish they provided me a quote or did the service I wanted, they also were gonna keep the car overnight but I did tell them beforehand I needed it to get back home. They understand tho, and no complaints were made to my requests
