Completely dissatisfied and unhappy with service !!! Due to incorrect diagnosis of my vehicle by Megacity Auto I ended up spending more than 1200$ with vehicle growling noise issue still remained UNRESOLVED !!! Wasted so much of my time and money with complete dissatisfaction...never expected from such a licensed mechanic and auto repair shop !!! I consulted Megacity auto for growling noise in my Toyota RAV4. Upon initial diagnosis of my vehicle I was advised that both front wheel bearings needs replacement causing growling noise. Got both front wheel bearings replaced by mechanic. After replacing both front wheel bearings growling noise from my vehicle issue did not get resolved. Original growling noise from vehicle persisted. Contacted Megacity auto again for same issue after a week of driving and testing my vehicle, upon re-diagnosing my vehicle, they now told me that noise is coming from one of rear end bearing. They being subject matter expert instead of finding faulty bearing or actual root cause mechanic asking me which rear wheel bearing I feel is bad one making noise...which is completely unexpectable...they being expert supposed to figure out that ! I left with no choice got replaced both rear wheel bearings as advised in a hope that issue will get fixed. Despite replacing all four bearings in my Rav4 growling noise issue still remain as is in my vehicle which was completely disappointing and stressful !!!! Had bad experience with Megacity Auto as original issue of my vehicle did not get resolved despite spending huge amount...will never go again or would recommend !!

I once got a flat tire and Osmen from Mega City Auto was responsive and provided assistance immediately in my hour of greatest need. He’s a great guy and he will take care of you and your car. He provided a lot of solid advice which goes to show how thorough and attentive he is to your car and its issues. I recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Osmen and his brother Omar really went out of their way for me. This is a family run shop that knows what they’re doing. I had a flat tire and Osmen, just walking around about his day, stopped just to help me out, even brought some tools from out of his shop to my car and try to repair the situation at the spot. Ive had some bad experiences with other mechanics being dishonest and I’m telling you Mega City Auto does NOT fall into this category. These guys are honest and hardworking and will NOT charge you anything other than fair. Everyone needs to know a Dr, a lawyer, and Mechanic for life’s emergencies, do yourself a favour and meet with Osman. No need to look around for another auto shop anymore, drop by!!!!
It's a great place for the repair and diagnostic of the vehicles. Highly recommended one. Technicians are very friendly and respectful. Especially those 2 indian techniques are very experienced and brief you with the issues and help to save money on unnecessary repairs :)
Highly Recommend this shop for all your needs family owned very honest reliable and professional they are very very honest and will let you know if certain things dont need to be fixed, can’t ask for anything better ! Been going here for years for my cars and all family’s vehicles and we are always happy !
I used to do my oil change here but in last two visits they start over charging me. Regular oil change is 35 or 40 but they charged me 85 dollars without asking me or take my permission also tire changing cost 100 now before it used to be 80. Very disappointed by elderly men who try to cheat women because they think women doesn’t know any thing about cars . I will never go this place again it was close to my residence that’s why it was convenient for me to go there but don’t like cheaters!
