They always have amazing prices and will fix exactly what you came in for. No up-selling no BS. They fix exactly what needs fixing and you can drive away
I brought my car in for a simple wheel alignment, but after a quick inspection, the mechanic insisted that both lower control arms had to be replaced immediately for “safety reasons.” He quoted $270 per side, which I later found out was a complete rip-off — the actual parts cost around $65 each. I ended up paying about $650 total. This shop takes advantage of customers with outrageous markups and scare tactics. There was zero transparency about pricing, and I left feeling completely overcharged. I would never recommend this place to anyone — beware before taking your car here.
I want to share my concern about the recent repair charges for my car at your service center. As discussed, the cost was supposed to be $270 each side for the right lower control arm and left lower control arm, and the total $540 including wheel alignment. However, my final bill came to $610 with tax. After checking with several service centers in Scarborough, I found that the market price for these parts is around $65 each side, which totals under $150 including tax. This makes me question how the parts and labor were calculated, and why the cost ended up higher than what was originally agreed. As per your own words during our conversation, you also mentioned that if the price I was charged turned out to be higher compared to the market, I could come back and you would refund me the entire amount. I kindly ask you to honor this commitment. For your information, I work as an Uber Eats driver, which means I rely heavily on my car to earn a living. My workdays usually start at 7:30 AM and often go until 10 or even 11 PM, just so I can make $120–$150 a day. I am already struggling to manage my expenses, and every dollar counts for me. Even my family back home doesn’t know the kind of work I do to get by. I’m not sharing this to complain, but so that you understand why this issue is so important to me. I kindly request a clear breakdown of the charges, especially the labor cost, and I will be thankful if you consider this mail and refund the extra money that has been charged to me. I trust your service center values honesty and fairness, and I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Bilal Shareef Mohammed,
Great service provided by Kamran and his mechanics. They installed new tie rods and did alignment. But still there was a vibration. Next day i went back, Kamran and Agha checked the car and performed a wheel balancing without any questions and hesitation. 10/10 What i noticed there, after every repair/fix steps they perform, one of their senior mechanics was double checking and making sure the job is done properly.
Worst experience I went there to change the radiator they change it and the cut the cable of the horn i went the next day to tell them that the horn was working before they do the job and they told me that maybe it’s their fold maybe not and they tried to make me pay extra for something that they did!!! Worst service ever i recommend to never go there!!!
*Please read - honest review* I was looking to find a new garage near me. Took my car in to Noble Auto Services (front office faces Warden St. with garage door at side street - guys name is Kamran) and was quoted $1600 for repairs. I explained it was too much money for what needed to get done. He told me he could do it a bit cheaper with used parts and no warranty. I opted to take it in town to the garage I normally use. When he saw I was going to leave, he attempted high pressure/bully tactics. Will never go back! ***women beware*** My regular garage in town ended up charging me $1200 brand new parts with warranty and including taxes for $1200.
Great service by Kamran Bhai. He changed all my all weather tires and even fixed a small dent at my door. Will visit again. Price is a bit on the high side but helps to access the issues
