I had an outstanding experience at this mechanic shop! Palden, Kelsang, and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, honest, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was running perfectly. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m grateful for their expertise and the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!
Phenomenal experience again. Over the last couple of years, I've taken my car to Palden's for various things including regular oil changes, windshield repair, and safety inspection. He will remain my Friendly Neighbourhood Auto Repair Mechanic. I'm not mechanically inclined...and not once did I feel there was ever any attempt to use my ignorance against me to try to get me to agree to expensive services that I didn't need (where I was constantly vigilant when my car was serviced under warranty by the dealership). Last week he was able to get me in on short notice (to get me to work on time) to diagnose and fix a specific recent transmission issue, as well as regular maintenance. It was fast and efficient. He and his team sent me a very clear image of what needed to be repaired (so I could see with my own eyes what was wrong) and the reasonable estimate for it. My car has been running perfectly since that time and I have confidence that every time I have work done here I'm getting exactly what I need to keep me safe on the road, at a reasonable price.

AVOID THIS PLACE BEFORE ANYTHING!! THIS GUY LOOKS FOR HUMBLE PEOPLE TO RIP THEM OFF. HE LIES TO HIS OWN CONVINCES TO OVER CHARGE!! AND WILL SALE YOU CHEAP PARTS AT THE TRIPLE COST. IF DON’T KNOW ABOUT CARS YOU WILL SAVE MONEY BY RESEARCHING A BETTER PLACE. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY
