Vaso is a great guy and mechanic. Always making the time to squeeze me into his already busy / overbooked day. Local business like his are the life blood of the city. I won’t bring my car anywhere else.
Excellent service and quality work! I recently had my clutch replaced on my 2013 Golf 2.5L 5-spd manual. Vaso was super professional as usual. Price was exactly as he’d quoted me. Service was on time (as scheduled). Overall great experience. (I wish I had known about Peter’s Garage many years ago - I have been driving my VW’s since the 90’s, I would’ve saved so much money and had better service, by not going to the dealership for everything!)

I never fail to be impressed by his knowledge and experience with an exclusive yet varied selection of European vehicles - VW & Audi, but also Volvo, BMW, & Mercedes, among others. It puts dealerships to shame, particularly his intricate knowledge of older models. Working on classic European cars, with all their complexity, requires a very special background! Vaso approaches every job with the skills, care, and precision of a highly specialized surgeon. I always learn something new from him when I drop by. From oil changes to timing belts, all jobs are completed with the highest quality parts - in most cases, better than you’d get from a dealer. In addition to all this, Vaso is extremely honest, professional, kind, and personable, and charges very reasonably for the privilege of his time and craftsmanship. Not only can you avoid obscene dealership gouging by coming here, but his work is always completed to a higher standard. The best in the business, without a doubt! Vaso was just amazing, took the time out of his busy day to come check out my issue with my car when I did not take an appointment beforehand. Took the time to explain to me everything when other dealerships will just brush you away. Will definitely come back for his service!
Great people to deal with. Fast and efficient service, quickly made time to look over my car according to my schedule and explained things to me clearly regarding an issue with the wheels all while not charging anything. Likely one of the only workshops in the city where people are not corrupted by greed for money and can actually be trusted with their opinion and to get the job done.
