I was referred to Simplicity car care by my insurance company. My car took two whole months to come. I was given like 5 different dates as to when my car would be good to pick up but they were all delayed. When I went to pick up my car, not all the work was done so I had to come back and have them do work again on it. Even after that, The paint job was horrible and still is right now as they didnt do it properly. I also noticed that a part of my car keeps popping out. A part that they said they replaced. They gave me a invoice of over 23 thousand dollars. For a front bumper collision. So my insurance approved that obviously because they don't care, this devalued my own car. I had to always call them to ask them about my car and be left on hold. I was mislead constantly by different workers at this location. This was the worst experience I have had at any body shop and the upcharge was insane for a front bumper replacement. They legit robbed me and made my insurance go higher. My car has a bad paint job, a piece that keeps popping out, and it's devalued a ton just because of this body shop.
The work was good. The car was ready 4 days later than the estimate suggested with zrwo communication, I had to call to check on the status after the day had passed. The interior sent they used when cleaning the car was strong and unpleasant. I wish they would have asked before using any sent inside the car. Other than the above the work was done right and the staff are pleasant.
My business with Simplicity has always been arranged through my Insurance. Impressive garage with a lot of vehicles being serviced by lots of Mechanics. Deserves 5-Stars save for having to wait almost 5 Months for a part to arrive, and they tried to do me a favour, but they installed a flat-tire I had stored in my trunk. Didn’t realize until I drove off the Lot… no biggie. Good customer service.
