Worst experience ever in 9 years of my life in canada I have to wait like 1 and half hour for just one oil change They ask me to wait for 30 mins . I come after 30 mins then they got my car keys to get my car and what i noticed was they never get my car in the garage unless one of the guy went to pick up his lunch in my car without letting me know and then i have to wait another hour That was seriously bulshit Never going back to these guyz
I brought my car here to diagnose some noise coming from underneath, waited in air-conditioned waiting room with TV, phone charging cable by sitting on a nice sofa for about 15 - 20 min, they are friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. They are very professional and efficient. They successfully identified both control arms were the cause and were able to show me and recreate the issue. I was happy with the quote for labour but found the parts were way expensive somehow.( I got 1/3 price at a store) They charged $40 for the diagnoses as I did not replace them there on the same day.
