I am a neighbouring business owner to this company and my car plastic side skirt came off, i asked them to a borrow a drill to put one screw together on two plastic parts. The owner refused and said he only takes appointment. At this point it’s not about business it’s about helping your neighbour business out. I highly don’t recommend this place for anyone who goes in with good faith because they just want money. If you cant help your neighbours, you can’t help anyone.
I have heard about this tire Auto shop and was happy to visit to get my Wheel/Tire for Winter. I was told that it is busy, I had to wait or can leave my number and they will call me back by a gentleman. It is almost 2 and half months I never heard back from them. I bought my Wheel/ and tires at Canadian Tire. Maybe 100's of peoples come asking for information, however not expected that I will be ignored like this.

Stay away from this place! While making my appointment on the phone, I confirmed that I'll be bringing my own tires for an off-rim tire change. I was quoted a price for the service which I agreed and I decided to bring in my car. When I went to pick up my car, I saw that the final bill was higher than expected. I just asked the guy at the front desk for a breakdown of the bill since it was not as quoted. His immediate reaction was to rudely claim that the price I was quoted initially was only if I bought the tires from them. I told him that I confirmed I'm bringing my own tires which I didn't purchase from them atleast 2-3 times on the phone while making the appointment. He just flatly denied it and said it is going to be higher price since I didn't buy my tires from him. I decided to pay whatever I was billed and I just said this isn't the way. As soon as I said this, he snatched the credit card machine from me and starting making snarky comments while changing the bill. After getting into my car, I noticed that the plastic covers that were on my tires were torn off and the dirty used tires were just directly placed on my seats with the covers all torn up. Absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional. Despite paying the quoted price for the service, the guy was disrespectful and unapologetic. Please work on your customer service and communication skills if you want people to come back. I'll take my business to a place where people are respectful and know how to communicate.
had my first flat ever on my car and the service here is fantastic. they had a very competitive price for the tire i was looking for. they even managed to repair my damaged wheel and install the tire pretty quick! great service and great price
