A few days before my appointment, I had already worked through almost all the details with Ben over email, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I came in mainly for routine service on my Range Rover and to diagnose/repair an ACC-related issue, and the team was genuinely professional from start to finish. Ben was especially great—patient, attentive, and very thorough in explaining what could be causing the problem and what they did to investigate it. That level of clear communication is hard to find elsewhere. What I appreciated most was the complete pricing transparency. I knew the expected costs before I arrived, and they clearly broke down where the money was going—labor vs. parts—so there were no surprises. If you own a Land Rover, don’t hesitate—just come here. Highly recommended.
