I called on August 30, 2025 between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to book a service appointment, and the customer service I received was very disappointing. The representative on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I was simply trying to ask about a service appointment, but the attitude I got was unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t know the representative’s name, but I ask management to please check who was working during that time. I hope this gets addressed, because this is not the level of respect or service customers should receive.

I took lug nuts to be returned but they would not accept the return because it was purchased from another dealership. I was surprised to know this dealership does not take returns even though it’s the same company. I paid $3.17 per lug nut and the advisor said they sell it for $3.47 at this location. I told them to give me the lower amount and they can sell it for higher, but it wasn’t possible. I would have liked there to be more cooperation from one ford dealership to another.
I had a noise problem from front suspensions, and I came to the service on Feb 2025. Today is the March 19th and they couldn’t find what the problem is, even though when I say I need a car because you’re keeping my car, the representative says we don’t have a car so we cannot provide you one. After that Ok You can keep the car but I need an UBER for ride to my home, she also says we only provide twice a day so you have to pay your uber. Although, she called me to a service and she told me that your car is ready and you can come pick up. It is un respectful and no solution experience. I can’t believe they are CERTIFIED and OFFICIAL Ford service. Find another one By the way I paid a lot of money during these stupid process.
I came to the parts department and they were very helpful. Even called the other Ford store that had the parts i was looking for to have it ready for me. Thanks
I have purchased my first F-150 Lariat last month. I was so lucky to met with Sam there. He is a great sales person because he is a very honest ( I believe this is most important), trustworthy person. I really appreciate his work. Whenever I need to ask him something. He tried to help me to find out my answers about the truck. Well done man. Good luck for future!
