Pitiful breakfast bagel sandwich. Good breakfast sandwiches on NYC bagels is just as quintessential as lox & cream cheese.... but you won't find it here. I was supremely disappointed with the sausage breakfast sandwich. It had the tiniest, thinnest piece of cheese that was basically negligible -- absolutely pitiful! Timmies gives you more cheese and charges half the price. Come on guys!?!? It's pathetic. And the sausage was wayyy too small for the bagel - it was only on half the sandwich. The egg was nice. But their bagels are quite good - they're NYC-style bagels (not-MTL) and are better than I expected (as die hard MTL bagel lover). They're crisp on the outside and veryyyy light and fluffy on the inside (and very slightly sweet, incorporating that touch of MTL-style). Delicious! Staff were super friendly, pleasant and helpful!

I have been looking for the best bagel since moving to Toronto and I have found it! The cheddar bagel with veggies and dill pickle cream cheese is my fav. Not only are the bagels amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond. The customer service is what will make me a regular. Management has done a great job will choosing employees that care. I hope they are rewarded for their great work.

Yum! Went in for the $1.75 iced coffee but had to get a rainbow bagel. I opted for dill cream cheese and it was amazing! Lots of cream cheese and wasn’t super cold which meant it actually melted a little. Bagel was great. Iced coffee was good. Would definitely come back. The staff was awesome also.
