I love this store but one thing is the people making your bagel shouldn’t be handling money with the gloves on and then making your bagel. It’s actually disgusting. I was gonna say something but just wanted to get going.
Pleasantly surprised with quality of the baked good. Got 6 bagels +6 for free( offer of the day). Not sure about the name but it was smth like a huge biscuit with raspberry and raisins (absolutely love this one, brings back my childhood memories ❣️❣️❣️), will be getting it every time! And the pretzel with almonds and raspberry that's a MUST TRY!!! THANK YOU!!!
This What A Bagel location is absolutely better than all the others I’ve been to! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is on another level. A special thank you to Abbas, the owner — he truly cares about every customer and makes you feel welcomed every single time. The atmosphere, the quality, and the attention to detail here are unmatched. I 100% recommend this location. You can’t go wrong!
Incredible location. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. The staff are very warm, friendly and helpful, especially Niloufar and Abbas. This has definitely become a regular spot for me and my family! Highly recommend it to anyone.
If you can deal with the rude attitude, the food is decent. After a visit tonight, if you dare to enter 45 minutes before they close be prepared to be rebuffed. Extremely unwelcome.
My review is based solely on the public conduct of the store's staff outside the business. Bloggers documenting the Queen Street area for a non-commercial project when a representative from What a Bagel opened the door and asked what was being filmed. Where it will be uploaded. Where filing started and if the whole street was captured. The staff member acted with extreme passive-aggression, after It was clarified that it was a multi-day filming project, a woman on staff dismissively said, "good luck" . A business that sends representatives out to confront and challenge people's legal rights in a public space, instead of simply being polite, shows very poor judgment and unprofessional customer service. I was discouraged from ever patronizing the store due to the hostile behavior of the staff.
I visited this location for the free bagel day promotion, and waited around 10 minutes in line for 4 free pumpernickel bagels. The representative was very friendly and bagels were fresh off the conveyor belt, warm and delicious.
