I had a very disappointing experience at Bagel Stop. I ordered a buttered bagel and paid for it. As the lady behind the counter was buttering it, she applied butter to one half but didn’t reapply it to the second half. I politely asked for more butter so that my entire bagel would actually be buttered. The lady was very kind, but before she could respond, a gentleman working there abruptly stopped what he was doing and yelled at me, insisting that "more butter is extra" and that I needed to pay for it. I had no issue paying for extra butter if that was truly the case, but is it really “extra” if I paid for a buttered bagel and only half of it was buttered? The way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary and made for an uncomfortable experience. Customer service should never involve yelling at customers over something as simple as properly buttering a bagel. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I would not recommend this location.

Expensive. Plain bagel with cream cheese and nothing else added is $4.45 at this place. The same bagel with the same cream cheese in Tim Hortons $2.49.
The employee said the potato leek soup was vegetarian but after eating half, I found pieces of what were either chicken or pork in it. So disappointing. Love yourself and eat somewhere else.
There was a spider in the cream cheese and the employee failed to remove it as they were making my order (They just went around it). If that isn't bad enough, as I was paying for the sandwich two more bugs (Small Roaches) climbed up on the counter. I threw the sandwich out right away after I saw multiple signs that this place must not be sanitary.
They always have my bagel in stock and they make it well, so no complaints. The blonde lady is always very friendly, not the same for the other lady working there.
Rude staff, I ordered a bagel with cheese, tomato and cugambers, I payed for it, when my bagel was ready, the sales man asked me to pay 1 dollar more because it was a larger bagel!!!
