Good bagel and dressing options but the service is very inconsistent. Prices have gone up but the preparation quality has gone down. I really miss the previous owners.

Not a great place to get a bagel - they wedge cut the bagel to where the top is no longer one piece. Ingredients are not spread out. Bagel is not cut through, so it has to be ripped apart at your desk. Bagel is toasted though, and the ingredients taste nice. Tim Hortons has higher attention to detail and is a little more affordable.

Got a Too Good to Go order and they gave me 18 bagels (and a chocolate chip cookie), the value for money is insane, I just finished the bag yesterday. Even after 2 weeks, the bagels still tasted great and my family loved them. I'm gonna keep an eye out for more TGTG bags in the future, would definitely come back.

Haven’t been here in some time but this is a pretty low bar. When I ordered a toasted bagel with peanut butter I didn’t expect a meal kit. Btw this was $3.

Best Bagel I have ever had! I got the Western Sausage Supreme Bagel and it was soooo good that I had to get another. The Bagel is great and the service is even better. Thank you to Leo, Sanya, and Archie!

I ordered an everything bagel with 1 slice of cheese and ham and paid $8:59. I asked the man cashing me out to give me the breakdown of the price and he read me the register like I couldn't read it right in front of me. I asked him why he's charging me like if I ordered a complete whole sandwich with tomatoes/lettuce/onions etc. ( everything in the Black Forest ham sandwich) he said because I got cheese. He thought substituting 1 slice of cheese for everything else that came in the sandwich was sufficient explanation.

Hello Gabriela, Thank you for your inquiry regarding First Canadian Place. $8.59 incl. tax is the correct price for a ham sandwich with 1 slice of cheese. There is no discount if you choose to not have veggies on your sandwich since veggies are included in the price.
