Nikhita & Zee were so Knowledgable and friendly. Forget going to all these high-end rip off bathroom, boutique stores, and go here! You will be so happy you did. I have been a customer of this store for a long time and purchased everything needed for my renovations. Exceptional customer service especially on the management level. I always received info and help needed regarding their products and they made sure I received everything in shortest possible time. Mostly everything is in stock as well. Everything I purchased is a very good quality which is very important to me. I always received all info I needed from the store staff to be able to make the best decision. I can highly recommend Bath Depot Stockyards store!
I like a lot my purchased tub, glass shower enclosures, shower head extension, and my purchased matching bathroom set consisting of a vanity cabinet with sink and separate wall mirror and vertical swivel cabinet, all purchased at BathDepot Stockyards over the course of several months in 2022. I spoke with two employees during my visits and purchases. Both employees were very good customer service wise. I had a lot of questions and Harsh-Prince Singh remembered me from my earlier visits and took the time to listen and then help me select what I needed. I felt that when asked, his sharing tips from his previous trade knowledge was an asset and helpful for me so that I could properly assemble and install the purchased items. I have been super happy with the items I bought so has my wife and kid. I have recommended to family and friends to try Bath Depot at Stockyards and once there to ask for Harsh-Prince. He has excellent customer service. Once we renovate our last bathroom in a couple of years, first stop will be Bath Depot at Stockyards and I'll ask to speak with Harsh- Prince for his advice and recommendations for instore items. This place is everything that is wrong with retail in 2020. Mediocre products, asinine procedures, really lovely staff. I have only sympathy for the poor souls trying to keep this place afloat. This is why Jeff Bezo will win, because good people stood by and did nothing.
