Today i got a matcha, quality was good and i enjoyed and absolutely loved. Only thing was that they don’t have straws and everything’s a little pricy. Except for these, aesthetic environment!
Every time I step into this beautiful cafe (open for thirteen years) I’m delighted with the unique and hospitable experience - nourishing and inviting. Now, sitting at the window counter, I’m eyeing the lunch treats and the freezer for take outs… maybe later on my way back from the AGO - just a few minutes walk from here. I savoured a custom latte with an oatmeal cranberry cookie as I thought about posting this review. So here it is. And, I’m ready to enjoy the incredible art at the gallery. My wife really enjoys the coffee and sandwiches here. I’m not a coffee drinker myself and just hang out. One time I got caught in bad phone conversation while in the shop and tried to end it asap. The lady behind the counter must have overheard the difficulties and brought over a complimentary muffin. Her kindness made my day! Thanks Plenty!
I recently visited to Cafe Plenty after a trip to the AGO - what a hidden gem! The food was incredible, coffee was absolutely delicious and staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely visit again!
I had an amazing catering experience with Cafe Plenty. Not only were they able to handle a large order for us, they put so much care and effort into making sure everyone on the team got what they wanted. They included many options for those with dietary restrictions, a great variety of sandwhiches and were incredibly attentive throughout the event ~ I couldn't recommend them more. And as well recieved as their sandwhiches were- their deserts had people coming back for seconds. Thanks again!
The wrap I had was healthy and delicious; they used a good selection of fresh ingredients. The side salad was also fresh. The hot chocolate was a bit less sweet than I would have liked, but other than that it was a pleasant experience; a place for a brief respite.
Every time I'm in this part of downtown, I treat myself to a latte and pastry here - they know what they're doing, the quality takes me back to Europe. Decor is lovely!
