Such a great experience having attended a group event here!! The staff was so kind, and the food/drinks were really good, topping it off with such a fun board game selection. Great place to hang out and also host events, especially in the heart of downtown.

Came here for our group event on Tuesday night, atmosphere was very chill, staff was kind and caring, and the food was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
Tried to steal my reservation deposit. I was told I would get my deposit back when I showed up for my reservation with my group. I only realized once I checked my credit statement that the deposit was a processed charge. I had to call myself to get the charge reversed. They almost got away with it… I’m sure they robbed many others that haven’t noticed. Last I checked, according to the law, this is illegal. Be warned of this shady business practice!
Made a reservation here for a party of four and took a while to get our table ready when we arrived on time. They have a fair amount of board games to choose from. Some games were missing pieces or cards. They went into a long speech about all the charges and was a bit of an information dump right when we sat down. They charge $8 per person for the first two hours, and then I just know that you’re charged more after that to extend your time. I didn’t really get how it worked if they would come to your table at the two hour mark to let you know and ask if you’re willing to incur additional charges (which they didn’t). So know that you have to watch your own time and they’re timing you on their end to the minute and will automatically charge you for it. Our group ordered drinks and they took probably close to half an hour to come. We had to follow up on them and of course they came closely after so they probably forgot about them. The mango sea salt crema drink was super thick and surprisingly bland. Barely got any sea salt flavour. Haven’t been to that many board game cafes, but I can’t say that this one particularly left a good impression that I can recommend it other than if you’re already in this area then yeah.
