I would like to rate zero, quality of food very overrated and very expensive. I ordered the salmon and egg sandwich and received the tiniest bit of salmon not even a slice, I complained and the server laughed and then advised she put more salmon than usual, would not recommend. The owner did offer banana bread or cookie after we had finished our meal but did not want as our experience was already ruined

I honestly wish this was a joke, but I spent over an hour here just trying to get a single croissant, a coffee, and eventually, my bill. This spot was next-level disorganized. The service was painfully slow from the moment I sat down. It took 20 minutes just to place my order, another 30+ to get a basic croissant and lukewarm coffee, and then I had to flag someone down three separate times just to pay. By then, I was so frustrated I didn't even want to eat anymore. What’s worse is that there was no apology, no explanation, no urgency — just indifference. The place wasn’t even that busy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt like a complete disregard for customers’ time. I’m all for slow mornings and laid-back cafes, but this was just poor service. It honestly made me question coming back, which is a shame because I was hoping this would become a regular spot. If management actually reads these, I’d love to know: is this the norm, or did I just catch the worst possible day?
Beautiful spot right on Ossington! Great coffee and the jambon fromage sandwich was so good!!! The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend, can’t wait to be back!
Don't get the almond croissant, it was very dry.. coffee was overpriced and tasted sour. The owner was very rude to my son, although the girl taking orders was very sweet. Would not come back!!!
Best coffee in the city. I love this place so much - quaint in all the right ways. Perfectly made breakfast sandwiches too, and the best banana bread you'll ever hope to find.
