Disappointing for its price. As there are so many people lining up for this coffee shop, they don’t seem to care much about the customer service. Never seen employees smile, they ask you to pay for the extra cup when you buy coffee, no napkins provided in store unless you ask, etc.

This one of my two favourite bakery cafes in the area, and one of my two favourite Mos Mos locations. They have some unusual offerings that I have not found anywhere else. This location is my goto spot for Matcha Maple Pecan Biscotti, which should not be ordered if you do not like the taste of matcha. It is great on its own and great in coffee. It is big. I often freeze most of it, but it freezes well. The other treat is the Peanut Butter Banana loaf. This is a thick slice that tastes much better than it might sound, it is vegan, low in sugar and high in protein - and it is really good. I only visit once a week. These two treats are both priced over $4.00, but they are large and within the price point of Mos Mos's competitors. Now for the coffee . I only get the Fog Cutter - my current preference for dark roast. It is the lowest price of the coffees, but 8 oz will still set you back $4.00. However, when it was not up to snuff, the made a fresh pot, and I got the first cup. Cannot fault their service. They put the customer first. I don't get it every day, but definitely try it. Their spiced lattes are good, but at $5.00 plus for a small, I save them for an occasional treat. This place is not much on atmosphere, but they have plenty of seating outside of the cafe (still inside the office building). There is a better location for the atmosphere, which will review at another time.

My go-to coffee shop in the neighbourhood! Their matcha drinks are always amazing, and I highly recommend anything on the menu that has matcha in it. Special shoutout to Joyce (I think she’s the store manager), I ordered something that wasn’t one of my usuals and I quickly realized that I was allergic to one of the ingredients. She immediately stepped in and remade the drink herself. Truly exceptional service!!

This place is exactly what I needed today! I was having such a crummy morning and decided to get a large matcha, it was great but the kind words from their manager lifted my spirits! Thanks Joyce!

Got the dark latte today and wanted to say it is one of the best drinks i've ever had. Wasn't too sweet and just the right amount of espresso. Need to try it over iced next time.

Came here for the first time today and I can honestly say “screw Tim hortons and Starbucks!” I ordered a tiramisu latte and I’ve had one everyday since.

Nami was excellent! Professional, friendly & most personable. Genuine in nature. She made my Iced Mocha latte which was delicious as always! Mos Mos & their multiple locations across the city are one of the BEST coffee shops in Toronto hands down. They also gave great selections of donuts, cookies & breakfast offerings too! Arigato Nami! Great job

Hi Kevin, sorry to hear about your experience. We’d love to have you try us out again, please email [email protected] when you have time. We are known for our great team! As for the napkins - effective last year, city of Toronto bylaw requires us to do this. We are trying to promote a greener planet via the cups - hope you understand. Thanks!
