Very rude servers at this particular location. Love Mos Mos but for such an expensive coffee store, please ensure at least the servers you hire are pleasant to customers.
Great taste very clean very fresh very quiet and elegant place I always take my noon coffee while I am stop at the building for my job Very polite staff I highly recommend
Coffee is great, vanilla latte is my favourite, however customer service is terrible. Decided to write the review since I have now experienced terrible service from this one lady working there twice now. I gave this individual benefit of the doubt when I first received attitude with my latte. Because I experienced this again today, I decided to make a post so that management can take appropriate actions.
Amazing Spot for Coffee Lovers! Mos Mos Café on Bay and Gerrard is such a gem! The coffee is rich, smooth, and full of flavor you can tell they use quality beans. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Perfect place to grab a latte and relax or catch up on some work. Easily one of the best cafés in the area!
Not one to write reviews, but the behaviour of the staff here has motivated me to do so. Got into what I thought was a normal conversation with the barista about loving a cookie that I'd once found there. About how I'd come specifically to see if I could find it again. About how I generally missed getting there before closing because of work hours. I was told that "beggars can't be choosers" about my disappointment that the cookie I'd bought wasn't the one I remembered from a few years ago. This, after buying two cookies, a coffee and leaving a healthy tip. This is completely normal behaviour and a proper way to treat a paying customer. Only in Toronto. Judge by this anecdote whether you want to patronize this place. I do intend to ensure that the people in my circle of influence know how great the service at this cafe is.
Mos Mos is one of my favorite coffee shops in the city. Very friendly staff and their coffee has a unique flavor compared to many others I've been to. Quality shows as they've rapidly expanded in Toronto. I'll always be a customer!
Really enjoyed everytime i visit the Bay area. The coffee was rich and smooth, the matcha, Gelato and tiramisu flavors—was absolutely delicious. The space is cozy, calm, and charming, with friendly staff that make you feel welcome. Perfect little spot to relax and treat yourself.
