  Cafe is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is laid-back and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm. I could easily spend the entire morning there without realizing it, I tried their matcha latte and a blueberry cupcake both were absolutely delicious…

  We went in today. With our dog. Great gluten free food. Even I found something to eat that was dairy free, no chocolate, gluten free. Our grandson felt comfortable there too.

  The Haven Cafe has some of the nicest staff around—always welcoming and super friendly. It's a great spot to grab a coffee, a snack, or one of their tasty baked goods. The selection is always fresh and there’s something for everyone. One of my favourite stops on Queen Street!

  It can be Keto or non Keto. You can't put K next to the menu item, claiming it's Keto, say to me " it's keto", and after I eat it and ask you a question was it actually Keto to say actually it's not exactly keto". Don't lie to your customers!

  We're sorry for the miss communication. That brand markets as High Protein & Keto Friendly. 5 grams net carbs, 19 grams of protein and 22 grams of fiber.

  I didn't know keto/vegan dessert could taste so good?! It took me over an hour to get to this place, but it was all worth it. Lovely place in a lovely neighbourhood :)

  My go to place for keto cookies and delicacies. Coffe is ok not the best around the area. Service is nice and chatty. Some foods though are Really Overpriced!

  I was beyond happy to find out that the Beaches neighbourhood was getting a low-carb Cafe! Even better is that the owners are so lovely, and always make you feel welcome while serving the tastiest food/desserts. No joke - the chocolate chip cookie was better than any chocolate chip cookie I have tried. I have tried other desserts and all have been incredible. The meals and grocery items are also well stocked with great options. Happy repeat customer right here!
