Very very Poor service, stand for 15 mins. None takes care of me. The lady in front of me asked maybe 30 questions from the only staff and he didn’t event look at me. Will never come back to this CANNA again.
This is my go to spot for weed whenever I’m near Broadview. Tasha was so kind and welcoming also recommended awesome joints for me to try. She also provided great conversation and exuded excellent customer service. Thank you Tasha! :)
The manager of this location is rude and unprofessional. Her coworker was unable to adequately answer some questions, so he called her to come and help. After some questions, she got extremely loud and defensive, shouting about how she knows everything there is to know about cannabis products. No clue how someone with such a lack of interpersonal skills and emotional regulation was given the job of manager. Steer clear of this location and especially this manager, as she has little to no control over her behaviour. Fortunately you can walk across the street to Medicine Wheel where the people are super nice and helpful, and most importantly, professional.
So rude! Never going there (or any Canna Cabana) ever again. Asked me (rudely) 3 times for my id in 30 seconds (I'm 53). Clearly watching me getting out my id but still being obnoxious about it. asked for her name but she refused and told me to leave which I was already doing. Went across the street to the Iroquois Nation dispensary where it was an actually pleasant experience and didn't ask a 53 year old for id. Not sure how they plan to stay in business with that type of employee.
Decent location, but had a strange issue with my ID check. Guy at the counter says they only accept Ontario ID as I had shown him my Indian drivers license. Was kind enough to still service me than outright refuse me but very strange encounter that has never happened before at any other location, store or LCBO. Can you guys confirm that you don't accept any other government identity than Ontario IDs?
