Stopped by the store today to grab a few pre-rolls, and honestly the experience was just… okay. The blue glass entrance was the highlight — super cute, I actually laughed because it set the bar way higher than what came after. Inside, it felt more like a Cookies merch showroom than an actual cannabis shop. The staff had major furniture energy — just there, not engaging, not excited, nothing. The products are fine, but you can get the same thing pretty much anywhere. If it weren’t for that entrance, this would’ve been a solid two-star visit.
Product not in stock but website doesn't seem to indicate this both before and after I left the store. Most stores are able to let you know the stock in real time, so this was an unanticipated pain after travelling a long way.
I enjoyed the product. However, the rest is resting on it's laurels. You have a great product but the staff were disinterested in me, when I asked about a smell proof bag that cost 150 the response was I don't know the price I think it's like 200?? And no attempt to sell me on the bag was made. I felt disengaged I love the brand but dislike the current setup especially on a Saturday when you should be enthused to sell weed and talk about great weather etc. I won't be making any more pilgrimages to brick and mortar just buying off web Shame. Also reached out to company to talk privately and no response. Like I said love product dislike store.
I visited about a month ago and was not impressed! I love the product and brand but the store was not it. No menu, no interaction, staff didn’t know pricing… Meh.
Was not impressed by the customer service or the lack of display of any of their products nor was there any sort of like menu or even like available tablets to look through their products even the one that I did get to look through they weren’t even sure if they had their stuff in stock. Not to mention how unhelpful, rude and un-knowledgeable the budtenders were about the products that are on the market right now overall not impressed. Clearly This company is just overhyped. Also, unrelated, but kind of not related, They just had a bunch of displays of their merchandise on the walls and there wasn’t any sort of displays of product and they had a bunch of circular tables With weed in these little capsules, but none of them were labelled so it was very confusing and just not a good experience. Would not recommend
Not that big of a deal but I recently bought a gram of the Georgia p sauce and to me I feel like I got under Scaled. I’ve bought the Gary Payton dimonds from you guys before and had no problems. But when I opened the Georgia pie I thought it was a half gram and had to re look at the packaging. The sauce was insane though so I’m not that mad ?
Started with cookies out in LA/Vegas every-time I go out there. Once they opened up the store down here I had to check it out. Austin aka Munderz is a damn legend. Always greets with a big smile. Knows his cookie products from A-Z. Doesn’t try to upsell. But real talk he’s always upbeat and positive energy. Cookies take care of him because good employees like him are hard to come by. REAL TALK.
