Honestly I like this place one of my favourites dispensaries I know different locations from this store, and I think people it’s so friendly and nice , at this location idk what’s the problem but when the manager it’s there it’s totally different atmosphere!!! You go in and the guy shut the door they have like Idk if I have a criminal face or because I look Latino idk what it its but I think that kind of actions make you feel like ammmm uncomfortable!!! Because I’m not a criminal and I’m always friendly with the staff they know me I’m a regular client , but seriously idk what’s going on with this guy ……. I think you need a nice friendly manager !!! Idk how’s working in the industry but I’m 32 years old and I’m smoker since 16 and I believe weed it’s to have fun to be friendly etc etc idk but that’s my concept of this kind of places !!! Keep it up guys !!!!
Solid. Awesome stoners working every time. Nothing about this place that isn’t great, and it’s just perfect as a local go-to. Can’t recall offhand the little pup’s name and role — I think assistant manager? — but does a truly great job keeping it all running smoothly, and with good vibes.
The environment is conducive of a positive experience every time. The staff are amazing people, whom you will (guaranteed) wanna blaze and hang out with. Very professional yet laid back and if you catch Mel there, she will get you so amped up about finding your "thing" you'll wind up feeling like it's your first time all over again. She got me so perfectly high I forgot her name within the five minutes of leaving the shop, after repeating it consistently the whole time to make this review!
They have such great selection and staff. They are knowledgeable, passionate and eager to help. Sean (blonde)especially is great each time we transact!
An employee by the name of Sean is extremely homophobic and will call you slurs if prompted. As a long time customer I feel this situation was not handled professionally. I will be letting everyone I know to not support this business any longer. Do not shop here. Management does not seem to care. I have reached out to the shop's management because they did not get back to me about the incident, the lack of transparency, the disregard for customer service and the utter lack of communication from the company makes it so I cannot recommend this store. I had to call a manager personally to get any kind of response about this situation. If you are part of the LGBTQ+ do not shop here. Sean is a hateful bigot and hates the fact that you, the customer exists. It is shocking an employee at a professional establishment is allowed to work here and continue calling customers slurs. After speaking with management they tried to defend the actions of Sean saying "He's a young guy." That is not an excuse, I was young too, but I never shouted slurs at people, even when I was angry. Even though this employee was on the clock and standing right outside the shop, the company refuses to do anything but give this employee warnings. Something can only be done "if he says slurs in the shop". So representing the company, on the clock and standing outside the shop and calling people slurs is not grounds for any kind of disciplinary action. Absolutely wild.
Initially not a bad store. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, maybe some music and a little more cleanliness would brighten things up. Great selection, but what really disappointed me was their pricing - the tag on the shelf said $30, but when I got up to the counter the staff member told me it was $33. I asked if he would honour their own price tag, and he said no. Pretty bad service if you ask me, I won’t be returning *Edit: Since the shop seems to think I’m referring to taxes, I am not. The tag on the shelf said $29.99+tax, yet when I was at the cash counter I was charged $32.99+tax. The employee said there was a price change, but I asked him to honour their own tag - he did not
Right outside of Coxwell Station?! And they have amazing variety and impeccable customer service, Jeeze, this place is mint! It’s size is deceiving from the outside, it’s huge on the inside with tons of great options for whatever you need, from old school options to the newest stuff. Love it, it’s my new favourite shop!
