The store's inefficiency left a bad taste in my mouth. They only let 1 person in at a time, I asked why and they said they thought I was a minor because I was bundled up... but it's winter and cold and every dispensary checks ID before you pay anyways so I have no idea what that was about. Their only screen in the waiting room didn't work so I didn't have my order ready when I got in, luckily no one was behind me waiting their turn but that inefficiency can't help their business very much. Overall, there're other dispensaries nearby that doesn't have such hassles and better prices for the same brands. This place isn't worth coming back to.
At the end of September ‘23, my fiancé and I were in town and had visited a dispensary down the street. When we realized we left without buying a lighter we went into ERBN. We asked Yvonne if we could buy one and she gave it to us for free!! So kind. After talking to her for a while about how she started in the industry, we couldn’t resist shopping even though we already had everything we needed. She offered helpful recommendations and even threw in a nice little surprise for us to celebrate our recent engagement. Thank you Yvonne. When we’re back in Toronto, we most definitely will return. ?
Wonderful store! So many products! And new ones to try every time I go. Staff is very friendly and helpful when choosing products. Pricing is a bit lower than other stores I’ve done too plus they have weekly specials and a new rewards points club called “Explorer” club. ! Would highly recommend and my favourite company to buy from. Women supporting women!
Awesome dispensary :) To explain the one bad review they have: the rude person in front of the store did not work there and just caused trouble to the store !!
I've been going there since they opened. Friendly service, good selection, excellent product knowledge, and my dog always ends up getting a treat when we walk in. Can't ask for more than that!
